Customer Support Services are available Monday to Friday from 08.30-18.00 GMT.
Support services outside of these hours can also be arranged.
Our customer support portal allows you to submit cases 24/7 and track the status of any support ticket, from the initial log through to resolution. It also provides valuable information to our knowledge-based articles and technical documentation, enabling you to broaden your understanding of our business software.

In line with our adoption of the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) to demonstrate that quality is at the heart of everything we do, we have created a confidential complaint/feedback form. This will allow clients to inform the management team at Touchstone where issues need to be reviewed and addressed in the spirit of continual improvement to the benefit of both clients and Touchstone.
