As we wrap up 2021, Touchstone’s 40th year in business, let’s take a moment to look back at this year’s key moments.
Infor UK Partner of the year
Despite continuing national lockdowns and the on-going pandemic, Touchstone started 2021 with exciting news. In February, Infor named our company the Top Performing UK Channel Partner of the year, recognising the team’s effort and results in supporting new and existing customers with SunSystems® and the latest addition SunSystems® Cloud Edition.
Training courses in action
In 2021, Touchstone set up a programme of successful training courses. Covering a wide range of topics, from Infor SunSystems®, to Q&A 11.3 (Administrator, Data Send, Report Designer etc,) and Proactis Management Console, Commitments & Accruals, the training sessions are run by our highly skilled support team. They can work as refreshers or beginner tutorials to all SunSystems® users wishing to make the most of their software. Touchstone Cloud’s new look
Touchstone closes the year with a revamp of our Cloud portal user interface. Improving customer’s experience is at the heart of Touchstone’s work and we hope to do just that with the portal’s new look and enhanced functionality.
We’d like to thank all of our existing and new customers for a great year in 2021, and we look forward to working with each and every one of you in 2022.
